Tom is an urban farmer who holds a Master Gardener Certificate, a Permaculture Design Certificate, 2011 and has been an Associate member of the Masonry Heat Association since 2009. He is an avid gardener with an expertise in tomatoes. Tom practices permaculture in his community as Food Production Co-ordinator for his community association, working to help schools implement gardens, collecting compostable waste from businesses and supporting local community gardens, and delivering fire workshops and a range of food production workshops.
